He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Turner Zellner; his parents, Miles Zellner and Susie Zellner; and his siblings, Walther of Washington, Forris Zellner (Vernice) and Rujean Stroud.
He is survived by: his sisters, Bernice (Charlie Grace), Dorothy Mullen of Hillside, N. J., Martha Thornton of Columbus and Georgia; his aunt Estella Coley Fudge of Rochester, N. Y.; his sisters-in-law, Johnnie Kate of Washington and Lucille Turner; his nieces, Andrea Mullen, Lytanda Zellner and Gina Martelly; his nephew Sheldon Grace; and his caregivers, Lucy, Sha and Arthur. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
