He is survived by: his wife Mildred Shugart of Perry; his daughters, Debbie Smith of Perry and Vicki Bell (Al) of Byron; his grandsons, Dustin Bell and Brandon Bell; and his great grandchildren, Copeley Bell, Lucas Bell, Judson Pope, Annaleigh Bell and Asher Bell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
