He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Phillip Carr, Sr. and Carolyn Catoe Carr; his wife Peggy Williams Carr; and his brother Clifford Phillip Carr, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kristopher Carr (Jamie) of Bonaire, GA and Nikki Carr of Temple, GA; his brother Rick Carr (Linda) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Makayla Dowd (Kyle Maas) of Warner Robins, Layton Bryant of Bonaire, Skylar Carr of Bonaire, Laney Bryant of Bonaire and Sydney Carr of Bonaire; his great grandchild Elijah Maas; and his pet Angel.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home (3 E Odum St, Hazlehurst, GA 31539).
