As we bid Steve farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Steve is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Franklin Rice. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rice of Perry; his mother Erma Rice of Perry; his children, Tiffany McCarter (Jason) of Roswell, Heather Borim (Justin) of Roswell, Presley Rice (Kristy) of Perry, Daniel Rice (Jenna) of Perry and Philip Rice (Lexie) of Perry; and his brother Rick Rice (Darlene) of Perry. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
