He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lewis Long and Elizabeth Louise Long; and his brother Richard Lewis Long. He is survived by: his wife Marita Long; his sister Joni Long Cotton (Joseph); his children, Lara Nicol (Derek) and Lana Long; his stepchildren, Shane Dolan (Kerri) and Wendy Humber (Brad); and his pets, Joey, Jaz, Fez and Luey.
