It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randy Powers of Pine Mountain Valley, Georgia, born in Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Thomas Powers, Jr. and Bessie Newsome Powers; and his niece Misty Powers. He is survived by: his wife Rosanne Elizabeth Detwiler Powers; his sons, Jason Powers (Holly), Scott Powers (Jenny) and Matt Powers (Dixie); his brother Larry Powers (Lory); his grandchildren, Haley, Joshua, Jackson, Paige, Talon, Tatum, Brooks and Brycen; his niece Lacey Powers Thomas (Jason); his nephews, Alan Powers and Dean Powers; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; extended family; his church family; many caring friends.
