She is survived by: her husband James Wesley Starling; her children, James Wesley Starling (Kristina), Abby Nicole Starling (Derrick), Brittany Koone (Kenneth) and Cameron Starling; her grandchildren, Hunter Starling, Payton Starling, Cayden Koone, Weston Koone and Emma Grace Koone; and her siblings, Sandra Nobles, Wanda Milam, Pat Love, Robin Milam and Denvel Milam Jr..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the River of Life Church of God (8060 US-27, Hamilton, GA 31811). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
