We announce the death of Charles Marsh of Pine Mountain, Georgia, who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 72. Charles will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alton Marsh and Marjorie Reese Marsh; and his brother Kelley Reese Marsh. He is survived by: his daughter Brittney Wright (Raymond); his sister Patrice Riley (Larry); his grandsons, Michael Mathis and Jacob Wright; his nephews, John Mark Smith (Stephanie) and John Paul Smith (Amy); his niece Nicole Hoefert (Marc); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyndal Woodall, Justin Woodall (Rachel), Jaxson Smith and Ali Snow. He is also survived by great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; loving cousins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Beech Springs Baptist Church Cemetery (1343 Beech Springs Rd, Pine Mountain, GA 31822).
