He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Loy Neese and Lois Driver Neese; and his nephew John Phillips. He is survived by: his son Roylee Neese of Portland, ME; his stepchildren, Amber Clark and Ian DeLeon of LaGrange; his siblings, Regina Phillips (Sid) of LaGrange and Monroe J. "Monty" Neese (Lora) of Pine Mountain; and his nephews, David Phillips, Josh Neese and Jeremy Neese.
