He was predeceased by: his mother Carrie Tasso Burkhart; and his brothers, Robert, Richard and James Burkhart Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Julia Miller and Jerry Burkhart Jr. (Ginger); his wife Anna Burkhart; and his grandchildren, Delsin Burkhart and Alexis Burkhart.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home (4048 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
