She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Weaver and Susie Wilson Weaver; her husband Rodney Hugh Cotney; and her siblings, Richard Weaver and Shirley Weaver.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jackie Moulder (Wes) and Cindy Harty (Robert); and her grandchildren, Trudieann Moulder, Kendalyn Moulder, John Harty and Cynthia Lockridge (Johnathan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (506 Hill St, LaGrange, GA 30241). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Meadoway Gardens Cemetery (3293 Hamilton Rd, LaGrange, GA 30241).
