He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Thomas Williams and Willie Mae Hand Williams. He is survived by : his children, Ricky Williams (Nikki Allmon) of Pine Mountain and Belinda Bishop (Craig Bishop) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Jenna Sargent (Jim), Cleve Ellington (Allison), Ashly Strawder (Kris), Miranda Williams, Brenan Folds and Madelyn Folds; his great grandchildren, Brittany, Logan, Jacob, Haylee, Elijah, Kennison and Kinsey; his great great grandchild Carter; and his siblings, Mary Jo, Glenda, Shirley and Jeff.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home (208 Johnson St, Hogansville, GA 30230). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
