He is survived by: his wife Sarah Booker; his children, Caleb Booker, Justin Booker and Bentleigh Booker; his mother Karen (Pressley) Sundberg (Wayne); his brother Toney Booker (Jessica); his parents-in-law, Roy and Patsy Bradley; his sister-in-law Ida Bradley; his sibling's children, Logan Booker, Kolby Booker, Elliet Booker and Jamal Folds; and his father Lesley Paul Booker.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (506 Hill St, LaGrange, GA 30240). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks you to Gather together, raise a glass, tell your favorite Sammy story and maybe donate to the American Cancer Society or City of Hope in his honor.
