She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lee Blake and Elizabeth Pope Blake; and her brother Larry Blake. She is survived by: her son Shane Leverett; her brothers, Gary Blake (Donnette) and Mike Blake (Carol Watson); and her grandchildren, John-Pate Leverett and Avery Leverett.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 293 Cemetery St, Pineview, GA 31071.
