It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Thomas Nolley (Pitts, Georgia), who passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Charles Thomas is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Charles Thomas' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Nolley and Dorothy Stultz Nolley; and his son Charles T. Nolley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Davidson Nolley of Pitts; and his children, Joel Moore (Becky) of Pitts, Kim Webb (Chip) of Tucson, Sheila Thigpen (Denny) of Lyons and Lisa Selfe (John) of McDonough. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pleasant View Baptist Church Building Fund, 74 Spruce Lane, Pitts, GA 31072.
