He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann B. Howell; his brother Wendell Howell (Norma Jean); and his children, Jeffery Howell (Missi) of New Orleans and Cindy Keene (Greg) of Abbeville, Georgia.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
