She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles David and Shilba David; her husband Barry Nelson; and her brother Rickie David. She is survived by: her stepsons, Ross Nelson (Brittney) and Dustin Nelson; her sister-in-law Patricia David; her grandchildren, Logan Nelson, Kaiden Nelson and Alora Nelson; her godson Brady O'Daniel; her niece Jayla Collier; her nephews, Brook David and Mark David; her friends, Jeannie Dillard, Jerry Williams, Kyndra Bishop, Chelsea Cosper, Steve and Mary Duke; her pet Si Nelson; and her daughter Kathy.
