He was predeceased by: his parents, Emory Brake and Frances Elrod Davis; and his sister Rita. He is survived by: his wife Candy Jones Brake; his son William "Dewayne" Brake (Dana); his grandson Hunter Brake; his siblings, Jane, Edna, Cindy and Charles; and his nephews, Tim Brake and Tony Brake.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
