He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Claudine McClelland McCullough; his parents, Flonnie Eddie McCullough and Gracie Mae Hudson McCullough; and his brother James Robert McCullough, Sr.. He is survived by: his sons, Pernell McCullough (Miranda) and Michael "Mike" McCullough; his grandchildren, Olivia, Clarissa, Britney and Sarah McCullough; and his sisters, Carolyn Herrington, Phyllis Bragg and Marie Wagner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of extended family.
