We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2026, at the age of 81, Danny M Cannon of Pooler, Georgia, born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandson David Klopp; his parents, Dewey L. Cannon and Addie Mae Carter Cannon; and his brothers, Jimmy Cannon, George Steve Cannon and David Cannon.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Cannon; his children, Sharron (Allen Dekle), Stephanie Aubrey, Danny J. (Shelly Cannon) and Michael (Maria Cannon); his grandchildren, Christopher Allen, Kori Dekle, Jonathan, Noelle Dekle, Michael, Tori Dekle, Chad, Gabby Klopp, Paul, Molly Klopp, Kali, Ethan Garrott, Maddie Cannon, Sammy Cannon and Clara Cannon; his brother Donald Cannon; and his pet Sunshine. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the West Chatham Chapel (901 US-80, Pooler, GA 31322). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
