She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Paul Kujawa; and her parents, Jesse McElveen and Dovie McElveen. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Kujawa (Kathy), Joseph Kujawa (Debra) and Susan Kendryna (Gregg); her grandchildren, Gary Smith, Jr. (Christie), Jennlauren Schroder (Derrick), Joshua Kendryna (Kaylie) and David Gates; and her great grandchildren, Naomi, Thomas Smith, Griffin and Murphy Thomas.
