He is survived by: his wife Diane Headrick; his sons, Kris Headrick (Jinger), Barry Headrick and Brian Headrick (Valerie); and his grandchildren, Brian Headrick, Jr., Savannah, Samantha, Alexis, Mariah and Emily. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
