He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Patrick (Marsha) of Friendsville, TN, Richard O. Patrick (Gloria) of Griffin, GA and Wanda Sue Brinson (Harold) of Midway, GA.; his wife Charlene J. Patrick; his sons, Joseph Lee Patrick (Nancy) of Blackshear, GA and Justin Osborne Patrick (Nefertia) of Chicago, IL; and his friends, Tim Snyder, Mike Pearce and Dennis Spikes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
