He is survived by : his wife Vicki Bolen; his sons, Christopher Bolen (Crystal) and Joshua Bolen (Kim); his grandsons, Asher, Carter, Mac and Ryder Bolen; his mother Judy Hammond (Roger); his sister Patty Bonner; his sister-in-law Jacqueline Bowker (Ken); his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Aric and Jamie; and his pets, Myah, Charlie, Possum and Isabelle.
