She was predeceased by : her parents, Delio Cadena and Dina Vargas. She is survived by : her children, Emily Salcedo, Jessica Salcedo, Xavier Salcedo, Jonathan Carrera and Susana Carrera; and her siblings, Susana Cadena, Marqueza Cadena, Emperatriz Cadena, Maria Rosa Cadena, Jorge Cadena, Amada Cadena, Bolivar Cadena, Gloria Cadena, Wilson Cadena and Zoila Cadena. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
