He was predeceased by: his father E. C. Carter Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Goodman Carter; his brother E. C. Carter III; his sister-in-law Paula Carter; and his nieces and nephews, Katie Leigh Anderson and Mitchel Lance Carter. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home and Crematory (502 Miller St Ext, Statesboro, GA 30458). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
