He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Wallace Bowen and Joyce Dorminy Bowen; and his brother Weldon. He is survived by: his son Garrett; his daughter-in-law Brittney Bowen of Tifton; his grandchildren, Ava, Knoxx and Lincoln; his daughter Brooke Bowen Harwell; his son-in-law Josh Harwell of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Charlotte and Davis; and his siblings, Gail Carlton (Bill) of Tallahassee and Johnny Bowen. He is also survived by aunts, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
