He was predeceased by: his parents, Huey Johnson and Betty Jean Purvis. He is survived by: his son Curtis B. Duckworth (Paige); his siblings, Kevin Johnson (Janie), Kenneth Johnson (Ruthie), Tammy Carver (Max), Kyle Johnoson (Shondia) and Wendy Peters (Jeff); and his stepmother Sara Johnson of Sylvester. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Terrell Baptist Church (3715 GA-112, Sumner, GA 31789).
