He was predeceased by: his daughter Janet Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Murphy of Powder Springs; his daughters, June Noriega (Gary) of Rockmart and Joan Kimmerling of Powder Springs; and his brother Johnny Murphy (Pat) of Newnan. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
