She is survived by: her son Eric W. Carmack (Rachel) of Powder Springs; her grandsons, Nicholas and Kevin Carmack; and her siblings, Rachel Miller of Plainville, GA and Roy Ray of Annandale, VA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
