In the sacred silence of farewell, Frances is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Frances' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Elvin Eugene Swann; and her daughter Debrah Busby. She is survived by: her children, Charles Busby (Valerie) of Powder Springs, GA, Glenn Busby (Donna) of Hiram, GA, Ray Busby of Dallas, GA and DeWayne Swann of Powder Springs, GA; and her sisters, Reba Stephens and Mary Fowler. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory (2480 Macland Rd, Marietta, GA 30064). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
