She is survived by: her sister Shirely Sampler; her children, Terrance Thomas, Starla Berry and Kevin Sampler (Kenya); her grandchildren, Terrance Campbell, DeVante Wilkes, Briana Sampler, Jevan Sampler, Nickolas Sampler and Rashaad Ogletree; and her nephew Kerry Gravitt. She is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.
