It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan M. Hendrix of Powder Springs, Georgia, who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Burton Hendrix; and her daughter Kim Byrd (Joan M. Hendrix). She is survived by: her children, Linda Tuggle and Mark Hendrix (Rhoda); her son-in-law David Byrd; her sister-in-law Frances Hagy; and her grandchildren, Bryan, Lyndsey, Kelly, Allie, Devynn, Ben, Chelsey, Traci, Delaney, James and Mckenzie. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, and several nieces nephews and other family members.
