He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean; his sons, Jon Smith (Renee) of Lecompton, KS, Brian Smith (Tracie) of Kennesaw, GA and David Smith (Somer) of Acworth, GA; and his grandchildren, Payton Smith-Morrell (Blake) of Kansas City, KS, Amelia Smith of Seattle, WA, Riley, Hayden Smith of Acworth, GA, Quinn Smith of Kennesaw, GA, Hannah Smith of Acworth, GA and Hooper Smith of Acworth, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
