Jonah will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Jonah by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Jonah is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Jonah’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Talt Johnson and Annie Mae Johnson of Cairo, Georgia.; his wife Judy Wade Johnson; his son Gregory Hayes Johnson; his son-in-law Mark Folsom; and his siblings, Mona Parrott, Maynard Johnson and Amon Johnson.
He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Johnson Folsom; and his granddaughter Caroline Folsom Sanders (Tyler). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or to Lighthouse Baptist Church, 205 Pace Road, Hiram, GA 30141, in Jonah's memory.
