Joyce C. Cole Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce C. Cole of Powder Springs, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Crider and Pearl Evans Crider; and her brothers, Tommy Crider (Melba), Roy Crider and Russell Crider (Diann).
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Cole; her daughter Amber Morris (Shea); her granddaughter Mattie Mathis (Will); her sister Linda Crider; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Crider and JoAnn Cole. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church of Powder Springs (2433 Brownsville Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery (2433 Brownsville Rd, Powder Springs, GA 30127).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 2433 Brownsville Rd., Powder Springs, GA 30127, in memory of Mrs. Cole.
