He was predeceased by: his father Howard Barnett; his wife Ruth Barnett; and his siblings, Junior Barnett, JB Barnett, Leonard Barnett, Morris Barnett, Eugene Barnett, Estelle Lasiter, Doris Hare, Linnie Pridgen and Betty Jo Barnett.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Barnett (Linda) and Karen Davis (Alan); and his grandchildren, Whitney Mulholland, Jordan Davis (Annaleise), Joel Davis (Bellamy), Alicia Reno (Adam) and Elijah Barnett (Karen). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to the mission offering at First Baptist Church of Powder Springs.
