She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Richard Rice and Mary Rice; her siblings, Faye McCall, Wayne Rice and Roy Rice; her husband Gary Parker; her daughters, Nina Parker and Paula Lilly; and her grandsons, Caleb Lilly, Levi Lilly and Ian Lilly.
