She was predeceased by : her parents, Luke Isaac and Mary Elizabeth Gann; her husband James Herndon; and her siblings, Mary Ann Hill, Delores Tew, Doris Brown, Grace Willoughby and Luke Gann.

She is survived by : her sister Beverly Gann of Powder Springs; and her sister-in-law Becky Herndon Minter of Powder Springs. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
