He is survived by: his wife Wendy Marie Crider; his children, Amy Ginnity, Slaton Crider (Mary) and Katie Bice; his siblings, George Crider and Evelyn Cole (David); his grandchildren, Brittany Smith (Cody), Dawson Wainwright (Harlie), Ryan Ginnity, Emily Wainwright, Jacob Bice, Evan Bice, Sara Crider, Ella Grace Bice and Owen Bice; and his great grandchild Hadi Smith. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and friends.
