He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gaston Knight and Juanita Branch Knight. He is survived by: his wife Gloria of Dallas; his son Russ (Heather); his sister Cynthia Hamrick of Lake Jackson, Texas; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Meredith (Kyle), Hannah, Jack and Caleb.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Midway Presbyterian Church (4635 Dallas Hwy, Powder Springs, GA 30127). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to Midway Presbyterian Church, notating the ACTS (Acclaiming Christ through Stewardship) Fund.
