He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. West and Lucille Costley West. He is survived by: his wife Windle Inez West; his children, Cindy Cline (Darrin) and Aaron West (Beth); his grandchildren, Derek Cline (Iris), Christa Mitchell (Cory), Samantha Rosado (Juan), Haylee West, Hannah West, Heidi West and Zach Meyer; and his sister Lois Brown. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
