She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh D. Moore and Rita Hall Moore; her daughter Beverly Bryant; and her siblings, Tommy Moore, Bryan Moore and Joyce Wright.

She is survived by : her husband Donald Smith of Eufaula, Alabama; her daughters, Amanda Sizemore of Preston, Lisa Sizemore of Preston and Tina Underwood (Elvis) of Preston, Georgia; her grandchildren, Bevini Sizemore, Houston Underwood (Haley), Jaela Nixon, Ashten English and Shay Sizemore; her great grandchild McKenie Underwood; and her sisters, Janice Bishop of Eufaula and Diane Meeks of Preston, Georgia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
