He is survived by: his siblings, Jay Spann of Preston, Georgia and Donna Pelfrey (Casey) of Phenix City, Alabama; his nieces and nephews, Kelly Favors (Galin), Scott Cook and Liz Pelfrey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Malana Johnston, Gabe Reed, Parker Favors, Gracie Favors and Declan Cook.
