She was predeceased by: her husband Monroe Weldon; her parents, Tom Shedd and Anna Lois Shedd; and her grandson Brandon McCranie. She is survived by: her children, Jack Pridgen (Christy), Deborah Ashton, Teresa Kirkland (Ronald) and Kimberly McCranie (Raymond); and her sisters, Reba Carlton and Patricia Demick. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
