Willis Cooper Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Cooper and Ardath Cooper; his wife Sandra Phillips; his brother Emory Cooper; and his siblings-in-law, Marybeth Cooper, Lynn Cooper, Carolyn Roberts and Tommy Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Cooper and Jenifer Morgan (Bobby) of Jacksonville, Florida; his grandchildren, Allison Manfre (Alec), Jay Morgan (Annette) and Anna Morgan; his great grandchild Alaina Manfre; his brothers, Hugh Cooper and Robert Cooper (Dianna); and his siblings-in-law, Sonny and Janice Phillips. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
