He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Litell Head and Linda Baker Head. He is survived by: his former wife Shelley Head; his stepson Chase Blair; his sisters, Gina Gaines (Don), Dana Head and Res Parris; and his aunt Pat Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
