He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel "Joe" Blaylock and Annie McClure Blaylock; and his sisters, Louise Ashe and Marynell Dodson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Joyce Thomas Blaylock; his children, Donnie Blaylock (Ashley) and Miranda Brown (Jason); and his grandchildren, Hudson Thompson, Rowan, Cameron and Levi Blaylock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins.
