He is survived by: his mother Doris Mae Keen Rouse of Ray City; his wife Jill Davis Rouse of Ray City; and his siblings, Donna Rouse of Richardson, TX, Gina Porter of Ray City and Derrick Rouse of Ray City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
