She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace James Rampey and Catherine Ann Termini Rampey; and her brother Steve Rampey. She is survived by: her husband Monty Ray of Ray City, Georgia; her daughters, Felecia Ann Phillips (Chris) of Ray City, Crystal Placensia (Nelson) of Fort White and Monica Newlon (Nate) of Carrollton, Texas; her grandchildren, Cash Phillips, Sherdan Placensia, Adrielle Placensia and Jayda Placensia; her siblings, Wanda Martin of Adel, Georgia and Jimmy Rampey (Willadine) of Ray City, Georgia; and her sister-in-law Rebecca Rampey of Lakeland, Georgia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Music Funeral Services - Lakeland (88 W Main St, Lakeland, GA 31635). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
